四君子汤对胃肠道药理作用的研究进展

         

摘要

四君子汤出自宋代《太平惠民和剂局方》,又名白术汤,具有补气、益气健脾之效,是治疗脾胃气虚证的经典方剂,其对气短乏力、食少便溏、面色萎白等导致的不良症状具有很好的治疗效果.在临床上,尤其是胃肠道方面,四君子汤应用广泛且取得了良好的效果.其主要用于治疗脾胃气虚证,具有调节胃肠运动、促进消化吸收、抗黏膜损伤、改善肠道黏膜免疫等多种作用.未来,深入研究四君子汤的药理作用,将为其临床合理应用提供参考依据.%Decoction of Four Mild Drugs, earliest recorded in the Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang of the Song Dynasty, also called rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae decoction, having the effect of supplementing qi and improving qi and spleen, is a classic recipe for the therapy of syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi. The recipe has a good therapeutic effect on shortness of bread, weakness, appetite loss and loose stool, pale complexion and symptoms caused by syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi. In clinical, especially in gastrointestinal tract treatment, Decoction of Four Mild Drugs has been widely used and achieved good results. It is mainly used in the treatment of spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome. It has many functions, such as regulating gastrointestinal motility, promoting digestion and absorption, resisting mucosal injury and improving intestinal mucosal immunity. In the future, in-depth study of the pharmacological effects of Decoction of Four Mild Drugs will provide reference for its rational clinical application.
