摘要

The causes of pediatric scrotal mass are generally classified into abnormalities of testicular number and size,primary and secondary testitular neoplasm, paratesticular neoplasm and nonneoplastic scrotal mass. Sonography is the ideal modality with high sensitivity in evaluation of the pediatric scrotal mass. It allows confirmation that a mass is present, whether it is intratesticular or paratesticular, and whether it is solid or cystic.
