功能失调性子宫出血的药物治疗进展

摘要

功能失调性子宫出血(简称功血)是妇科常见病、多发病,可发生于任何年龄的妇女.近年来本病在治疗上无突破性进展,各种药物治疗均能控制子宫出血.临床上如正确应用性激素治疗,可以有效、迅速地控制出血.止血后的治疗策略可根据患者的年龄、生育要求、血红蛋白的多少、病程的长短来制订,主要包括调整月经周期和减少子宫出血,药物可选用性激素、非激素类药物及中草药来治疗.%Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is a common gynecological disease, which may occur at any age.In recent years,there was no breakthrough in the treatment of the disease, though various drugs can control the uterine bleeding.Approporiate clinical application of hormone therapy can effectively and rapidly control the bleeding,and the after-bleeding treatment strategy can be made based on the patient's age, fertility requirements,hemoglobin amount and the course of disease, mainly for the adjustment of the menstrual cycle and reducing uterine bleeding, selection of drugs including sex hormones, non-hormonal drugs and herbs.
