脑外伤炎性反应在继发性脑损害中起重要作用.细胞因子作为体内重要的炎性介质,参与多种病理生理过程,在脑损伤后的炎症级联反应中起着重要的作用.核因子κB(NF-κB)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子1、血管内皮黏附分子1和白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、IL-8、IL-16等是几种主要的促炎性细胞因子,IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IL-13等是抗炎性细胞因子,两类细胞因子参与了脑创伤后的继发性脑损伤及损伤修复.%Inflammatory reactions plays an important role in secondary traumatic brain injury ( TBI ). Being important inflammatory mediators,cytokines participate in many pathophysiologic processes and have significant function in inflammatory cascade reactions. NF-κB, TNF-α, sICAM-1, VCAM-1 and IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-16 and so on are main proinflammatory cytokines, IL-2, IL4, IL-10, IL-13and so on are antiinflammatory factors, both of which participate in nerve cell repair after TBI and protect brain tissues effectively.
