白黎芦醇抑制动脉粥样硬化炎性反应的研究进展

     

摘要

炎性反应是动脉粥样硬化发生发展的关键因素.现已证实,炎性细胞因子与脂斑的形成过程密切相关、炎症信号转导通路在分子机制上参与了炎症的调控.白黎芦醇,一种多酚类化合物,通过保护内皮细胞功能,调控白细胞介素6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α、单核细胞趋化蛋白1等炎性细胞因子及介导的炎症相关信号转导通道,如核因子кB、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶、Janus激酶/信号转导活化子和转导子信号通路、Toll样受体/髓性分化因子88 等信号通道,从而在细胞水平及分子水平调控炎性反应,为动脉粥样硬化的防治提供新的思路和方法.%Inflammation is a critical factor affecting atherosclerosis'start and the whole course of hardening.It is confirmed that the inflammatory cytokine is closely related to the course of forming of fat spot and the whole course of inflammation is mediated by signal transduction pathway at molecular level.Resveratrol, which is a ployphenol compound, can inhibit inflammatory process by maintaining endothelial function and regulating inflammatory cytokine such as interleukin-6, C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-alpha , monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 and signaling pathway's activation such as nuclear factor kappa B, mitogen activated proteinkinase, Janus kinase signal transduction and transcription activator ,Toll-like receptors at cellular and molecular level and offer a new idea and method to prevent atherosclerosis.
