Essential hypertension is one of the major diseases threatening human health, with the major early symptom of main large intimal injury.Superficial carotid is often chosen to judge the injury extent, and intima - media membrane thickening is an early symbol of atherosclerosis.Application of high - frequency probe untrasound makes it easy to acquire high - quality image, which is repeatable, providing a convenient and reliable method for the research of hypertensive vessel remodeling.Therefore, evaluation of the correlation of carotid intima - media membrane thickness and hypertension is of great significance for prevention of hyertensive damage of target organs,reduction of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular incidence and mortality.%原发性高血压是危害人类健康的主要疾病之一,早期以全身大血管内膜的损伤为主.对于损伤程度的判断,通常选取位置表浅的颈动脉作为窗口,而内膜中层的增厚是动脉粥样硬化的早期标志,加之高频探头超声的应用,易获得高质量的图像,且能够重复实施,为高血压血管重构这一研究领域提供可靠便利的条件.因此,评价颈动脉内膜中层厚度与高血压的相关性,对于预防高血压靶器官损伤,减少心脑血管疾病突发事件及病死率具有重要意义.
