人体P5C/Proline氧化还原异常的研究进展

     

摘要

酶依赖性5-吡咯林羧酸(P5C)/脯氨酸(proline)氧化还原循环广泛存在于生物体中,调控细胞蛋白质合成、能量代谢及凋亡等生理、病理过程,该循环异常与许多人体疾病有关.现就P5C/proline氧化还原循环、5-吡咯林羧酸还原酶、脯氨酸脱氢酶等基本概念予以叙述,并探讨P5C/proline氧化还原循环在基因、蛋白质水平异常与人体疾病(肿瘤、遗传性疾病、高脯氨酸血症等)的关系,为疾病的诊断与治疗提供新的视角和依据.%The enzyme-dependent redox cycle of ( pyrroline-5-carboxylate ) P5 C/proline exsits widely in vivo. The cycle between P5C and proline is involved in the regulation of amino acid synthesis, energy metabolism, and apoptosis. The abnormality in P5C/proline cycle is associated with many diseases. This article introduces the concept of redox cycle of P5C/proline, P5C reductase, and proline dehydrogenase, discusses the role of abnormal P5C/proline redox cycle in human diseases, such as tumors, genetic diseases, and hyperprolinemia, in aiming to produce a new perspective for the treatment for human diseases.
