815例静脉药物配置不合理处方分析

摘要

目的 分析不合理处方的原因,减少发生不安全用药的各种因素,提高药物治疗水平.方法 对我院166 326例静脉药物配置中心的处方进行审核分析,发现815例不合理处方,药师对不合理处方进行分析.结果 不合理处方中抗菌药物处方占的比例为19.14%,使用溶媒不当的处方比例为28.47%,使用单一药品的处方占68.84%.结论 要加强临床用药的安全性、合理性、有效性,建立合理用药规范.%Objective To analyze the unreasonable prescription medication, reduce the factors which caused unsafe drug,improve the treatment level. Methods A total 166326 cases of prescription in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services was analysed,815 cases of unreasonable prescription were found and analyzed. Results The ratio of antimicrobial prescription account for 19.14％ in unreasonable prescription. The ratio of using solvent inappropriately account for 28. 47％. Prescription using single drug account for 68.84％. Conclusion The safety, rationality and efiectiveness of clinical medication should be strengthened,and a rational pharmacy standard should be established.
