急性胰腺炎临床评价标准的新进展

摘要

Acute pancreatitis ( AP ) is a common, potentially life-threatening, acute chemical inflammatory disease. It is important to assess the severity of AP correctly at early stage, allowing the effective and prompt individualized interwentions. The assessment systems for the severity of AP include multi-factorial scoring system, single biochemical markers, and recently developed bedside index for severity in acute pancreatitis. We analyze the potency of these assessment systems in predicting the severity of AP and summarize their characteristics respectively.%急性胰腺炎(AP)是一种常见的、有潜在致死风险的急性化学炎症.早期对AP进行严重程度评价很重要,可以对AP患者进行及时有效的个体化干预.目前对AP进行严重程度评价的标准有传统的多因子评分系统、单因子的评价指标以及近年来提出的AP严重程度床边指数评分.现就这些评价方法预测AP的能力进行综合分析,总结各自的优缺点.
