组织因子相关微粒与肿瘤相关血栓的研究进展

摘要

Cancer is a prothrombotic state, with an increased prevalence of arterial and venous thrombosis.Thrombosis will complicate the treatment and result in a poor prognosis.Tissue factor bearing microparticles ( MP-TF ) are sub-micron-size vesicles derived from activated or apoptotic cancer cells and/or host cells that may consequently contribute to these clinical events.The study on the relationship between them may provide new ideas for the preventive treatment of cancer-associated thrombosis.%肿瘤患者处于一种趋血栓发生状态,好发动静脉栓塞.血栓的形成会使肿瘤患者的治疗复杂化,直接影响到肿瘤患者的预后.微粒是活化或凋亡的肿瘤细胞和(或)宿主细胞释放的一种超微膜性囊泡,微粒及其表面附着的组织因子可能是导致肿瘤相关血栓的原因,因此研究两者之间的关系可对肿瘤患者的早期预防和治疗血栓症提供新的思路.
