芦山县血吸虫病抽样村涵盖的技术指标分析

摘要

Objective To know about the technical indexes and representativity of sampling villages in Lushan schistosomiasis survey. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to pick out 3 sample villages and the covered technical indexes were analyzed. Results These sampling villages showed: different epidemic types, comprehensive epidemic levels, geographic location, mountains, water condition and number of years of no acute schistosome patient,a certain scale and relatively stable resident population,5 years of no infective snail detected, different prevention countermeasures on different emphasis. Conclusion These sampling villages have representativity and can reflect the main types and characteristics in Lushan schistosomiasis endemic area.%目的 了解芦山县血吸虫病调查中抽样村的技术指标和代表性.方法 采用分层随机抽样法抽取3个样本村,分析其涵盖的各项技术指标特点.结果 抽样村表现出不同的流行类型、综合疫情程度和地理位置分布、山脉、水系及无急性血吸虫患者发生的年限,具有一定规模且相对稳定的常住人口数,近5年内均无感染性钉螺检出,防治措施各有侧重.结论 抽样村具有对总体的代表性,能较全面地反映芦山县血吸虫病流行区的主要类型和特点.
