Objective To understand the horizontal distribution pattern of fibrinogen( Fg ), and to analyze its relationship with gender and age. Methods Fg test was done on 433 cases in PLA 158th Hospital for treatment during October 2011 to February 2012 and the statistical analysis was done. Results Fg levels gradually increased with age, steady growth between the ages of 20 to 60, increased to peak after 60 years old ; Fg levels of the same age group before the age of 60 , women higher than men , after 60-year-old there was no significant difference between men and women. Conclusion The medical workers should grasp the changing pattern and clinical significance of Fg,to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.%目的 了解人群纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平分布规律,并分析其与性别和年龄的关系.方法 选取2011年10月至2012年2月在解放军第158医院就诊的433例1 ～91岁健康人群进行Fg检测,并进行统计分析.结果 Fg水平随年龄的增长逐渐升高,在20 ～60岁平稳增长,60岁以后Fg水平升高至峰值;同年龄段内男女Fg水平比较,60岁前各组女性均高于男性,60岁后男、女无明显差异.结论 医务工作者应掌握Fg的变化规律及临床意义,以指导临床诊疗.
