脑卒中患者的功能障碍与照顾者的健康状况相关性研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the correlation between physical and mental health status of family caregivers and the functional damages of the stroke patients.Methods The hospitalized medically stable stroke patients with over 1 month course of disease were given ESS,MMSE,Fugl-Meyer,MBI assessment,and the family caregivers were given GHQ-12 assessment.Results The scores of ESS,MMSE,Fugl-Meyer,MBI of stroke patients decreased to varying degrees.The GHQ-12 scores of family caregivers were improved, more significantly in women.The scores of tension and overcoming difficulties in GHQ-12 and the onset period of stroke were negatively correlated.The scores of happiness and patient's ESS, Fugl-Meyer,MBI were negatively correlated.Conclusion Stroke patient caregivers often have poor physical and psychological condition, more obvious in the female.The longer the caregivers taking care of the patient, the less the psychological state of tension and fear of difficulty.The lower the patient's physical, cognitive function, and self-care ability,the lower the caregivers' happiness would be.%目的 探讨脑卒中患者功能障碍与照顾者的身心健康状态的相关性.方法 选择发病1个月以上,病情稳定的住院脑卒中患者进行ESS、MMSE、简化Fugl-Meyer运动评测、MBI评定;对家庭照顾者进行GHQ-12评定.结果 脑卒中患者ESS、MMSE、简化Fugl-Meyer运动评测、MBI评分有不同程度的下降.家庭照顾者GHQ-12评分有不同程度的提高,女性显著.GHQ-12中的紧张感、克服困难项评分与患者的发病时期呈负相关;幸福感评分与患者的ESS、简化Fugl-Meyer运动评测、MBI呈负相关.结论 脑卒中家庭照顾者常有不良的躯体和心理健康状况,女性更明显.照顾者看护的时间越长,紧张、畏难的心理状态越少.患者的躯体、认知功能、生活自理力越差,照顾者的幸福感越低.
