肾结石是泌尿外科的常见病、多发病,临床上有传统开放手术取石、体外冲击波碎石术、输尿管镜碎石术、经皮肾镜技术以及药物溶石等多种治疗手段.近年来,内镜微创治疗技术迅猛发展,经皮肾镜技术彻底改变了传统开放手术的外科治疗方式,并以其独特的优势成为腔内泌尿外科手术的重要组成部分.腔内微创技术新方法、新手段的不断更新和完善,使肾结石的临床治疗水平日益提高.%Kidney stone is a frequently encountered disease in urology. In clinical, there are traditional open lithotomy, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, ureteroscopic lithotripsy, percutaneous nephroscope technique and drug lithotripsy technique. In recent years,the minimally invasive endoscop-ic treatment technique has developed rapidly, among which percutaneous nephrolithotomy technology has totally revolutionized the traditional open surgery. Its unique advantages have made it an important part of endoscopic operation in endourolog.New methods and means of the techniques in the minimally invasive endoscopic treatment, with continuous innovation and improvement, have promoted the level of clinical treatment for kidney stones.
