分子水平毒理学在疾病控制中的应用

摘要

Toxiology is an important branch of life science. With the development of molecular biology, molecular toxicology has been developing rapidly. By now molecular biology techniques used in the toxicology include miRNA application in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor and other diseases;DMA chip application in the rapid detection of gene mutation, the expression of viral gene and other diseases control; SELEX application in genetic diagnosis, treatment, the detection of toxin and other disease control; and blotting technology, in situ hybridization , immunohistochemistry , gene knockout technology and so on.%毒理学是生命科学中的重要分支之一,随着分子生物学的发展、分子毒理学也得到了迅速发展.目前分子生物学技术运用在毒理学主要有微小RNA技术在肿瘤及其他疾病诊断与治疗的应用;脱氧核糖核酸芯片技术在基因突变快速检测,病毒基因表达特点等疾病的预防、检测及治疗方面的应用;指数富集的配基系统进化技术在基因诊断、治疗及毒素检测等疾病控制方面的应用;以及印迹技术、原位杂交技术、免疫组织化学、基因剔除等技术.
