倒睫的治疗方式及进展

摘要

The trichiasis refers to the abnormal position of eyelashes or backward eyelashes. Trichiasis can cause damage to the cornea and serious visual loss when it's serious. Presently,the commonly used treatments are: mechanical epilation, electrolysis, cryotherapy, and laser ablation. Entropion correction surgery should be performed on the patients of trichiasis with entropion. There are various reports about effect of different treatments and the complications. Recently, in order to reduce recurrence and complications, various treatment parameters and treatment methods have been improving with the goal of better treatment effect.%倒睫是一种睫毛位置的异常并倒向眼球的疾病.倒睫可引起角膜的损坏,严重时可引起视力丧失.目前常用的治疗方法有:机械拔除,电解,冷冻治疗,激光消融.倒睫伴睑内翻者须行睑内翻矫正术治疗,各种治疗方式的效果及并发症报道不一.近年来,为减少术后复发及手术并发症,各种治疗参数及治疗手段不断改进,以期获得更好的治疗效果.
