目的：探讨妊娠高血压患者血清蛋白Z( PZ)与超敏C反应蛋白( hsCRP)水平的临床意义。方法选取2012年1月至2013年10月保定市唐县康定医院收治的100例妊娠高血压患者作为观察组,并选取同期收治的正常分娩产妇80例作为对照组,分析不同血压、病程下各组间hsCRP与血清PZ的相关性及差异。结果不同血压程度间比较,PZ、hsCRP水平的差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组各妊娠期血清PZ水平低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且PZ水平随妊娠期发展而渐趋下降,对照组以渐趋上升为主要表现。与对照组比较,观察组各妊娠期hsCRP呈上升趋势,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组各期变化不显著(P>0.05)。结论检测妊娠高血压患者血清PZ与hsCRP,可提供防控方案的参考依据,价值显著,对改善预后意义重大。%Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum Z protein in patients with preg-nancy induced hypertension and high sensitivity C reactive protein. Methods Observation group choose 100 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension patients as the research object,are all volunteers kangding of baod-ing city hospital in January 2012 to October 2013,and during the same period of 80 cases of normal pregnant women were selected as control group, the analysis of different blood pressure, duration between each group under the hsCRP and the correlation and difference of serum PZ. Results The blood pressure of different degree,there are significant differences between PZ,hsCRP (P<0. 05). Compared with the control group, the content of PZ in serum in each group were observed during pregnancy is relatively low,the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05),and PZ content increased with gestational development and gradually de-creased in the control group, increases progressively as the main performance. Compared with the control group,the observation group each pregnancy hsCRP assumes the trend of escalation,and there was significant difference (P<0. 05),while the control group did not change significantly in each period (P>0. 05). Con-clusion The detection of pregnancy induced hypertension in patients with serum PZ and hsCRP,which can provide reference for the prevention and control of project, value is obvious, for improving the prognosis of great significance.
