腰骶移行椎的影像学研究进展及临床意义

摘要

腰骶移行椎的存在与否对临床治疗方案的制订意义重大,腰骶移行椎的诊断主要依靠影像学检查,早期X线片为主要诊断手段,因其仅单纯从形态学变化方面评价移行椎存在,所以具有一定的局限性。随着医学影像学的快速发展,X线计算机体层成像、磁共振成像的应用对腰骶移行椎的发现及伴随征象有了更进一步的研究。该文就腰骶移行椎的影像学表现及临床意义等予以综述。%Lumbosacral transitional vertebrae to theraphy is very important for planning treatment. Con-ventional diagnostic imaging have some limitations,X-ray only provid information on lumbosacral transitional vertebrae. CTand MRIhave emerged and can depict lumbosacral transitional vertebrae changes after checking. In this article,imaging of Lumbosacral transitional vertebrae and its clinical significance were reviewed.
