Ovary is the most important reproductive organs of women,which plays critical roles in main-taining the endocrine function,and has significant effect on reproductive function of women.With the devel-opment of modern economy,the ovarian diseases are becoming more and more.At the same time,the laparo-scopic operation is considered to be the best choice for gynecologic disease for its superior advantages .How-ever,one of the key points of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery is how to protect the reproductive function of ovary,especially for the young women.Here is to make a review of the impact of gynecologic laparoscopic operation on the function of the ovary and the appropriate methods for reserving the ovarian function .%卵巢是女性最重要的生殖器官，既担负着重要的内分泌功能，还承担着延续后代的生育功能。随着现代社会经济的快速发展，卵巢疾病日趋增多。腹腔镜手术由于具有无可比拟的优越性，在妇科中的应用越来越广泛。而对于年轻有生育要求的患者来说，在腹腔镜手术中如何有效地保护其卵巢功能，成为了妇科腔镜临床实践中备受重视的关键问题。该文主要总结腹腔镜手术对于卵巢功能的影响，并概括有效应对卵巢损伤的腹腔镜手术方法。
