CBP基因与肿瘤相关性研究进展

摘要

C-terminal Src Kindsesk-binding protein(CBP) is a disposable transmembrane protein with acetyl transferase activity.It′s involved in transcriptional regulation and mediating of a variety of the tran-scription factors through acetylation of histone and non-histone,and thus is correlated with the cell cycle regu-lation,apoptosis and tumor genesis and development.Here is to make a review of the research progress in CBP correlation with non-small cell lung cancer,esophageal cancer,breast cancer,colon cancer,kidney canc-er and lymphoma,so as to offer new ideas to the early diagnosis and gene therapy of cancer.%Src羧基末端激酶结合蛋白（ CBP）是一种一次性跨膜蛋白，具有乙酰转移酶的活性。它能通过乙酰化组蛋白和非组蛋白的方式参与基因的转录调控和介导多种转录因子的生成，从而与细胞周期调控、细胞凋亡以及肿瘤的发生和发展等病理生理变化间存在一定的联系。该文通过概述 CBP与非小细胞肺癌、食管癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌、肾癌及淋巴瘤间的相关性研究进展，为肿瘤的早期诊断和基因治疗提供新思路。
