精神分裂症与糖尿病关系的研究进展

摘要

Schizophrenia and diabetes are both associated with the development of social-psychological-biological metabolic factors,and schizophrenia is a neurodevelopmental defects in genetic and produced on the basis of chronic,disabling mental disorders.Abnormal glucose metabolism is more common in schizophre-nia patients.Since 1960s,diabetes,dyslipidemia and obesity and other adverse reactions caused by antipsy-chotic drugs have drawn wide concern, since there was rare reports about blood glucose abnormality in patients with schizophrenia without medication ,and the metabolic status before treatment was not paid atten-tion.Diabetes is a common disease of adults around the world,and the incidence is increasing in China;it′s generally believed that the development of diabetes is related with genetics,obesity,diet,environmental fac-tors and infection,though the exact pathogenesis has not yet been elucidated.%精神分裂症和糖尿病的发生、发展均与社会-心理-生物代谢因素有关，精神分裂症是一种在遗传和神经发育缺陷基础上产生的慢性、致残性精神障碍。精神分裂症患者糖代谢异常较常见。自1960年以来，抗精神病药物引起的糖尿病、血脂异常和肥胖等不良反应受到大家的关注，首发未用药精神分裂症患者的血糖异常则较少有报道，患者在治疗前的代谢状况未引起重视。糖尿病是世界各国成人的常见病，在我国的发病率逐年上升；一般认为糖尿病的发生、发展与遗传、肥胖、饮食习惯、环境因素及感染等因素有关，确切的发病机制尚未被阐明。
