和肽素、血清热激蛋白70联合检测对急性脑梗死患者认知功能障碍的预测价值

         

摘要

Objective To explore the predictive value of the combined detection of serum copeptin and heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in cognitive dysfunction of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 130 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in Hefeng County Central Hospital from Aug . 2011 to Aug.2014 were selected as research objects(cerebral infarction group),and according to cognitive function evaluation results were divided into cognitive dysfunction group (48 cases) and normal cognitive function group(82 cases),another 100 healthy people were selected as the control group.Serum copeptin and HSP70 levels of the two groups were detected by ELISA method.Results Serum copeptin and HSP70 levels in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in the control group [ ( 274 ±56 ) ng/L vs (103 ±21) ng/L,(24 ±9) g/L vs (12 ±3) g/L,P <0.01];such levels in cognitive dysfunction group were significantly higher than those in normal cognitive function group[(372 ±77) ng/L vs (224 ±60) ng/L, (28 ±8) g/L vs (20 ±5) g/L,P<0.01];results of correlation analysis showed that serum copeptin and HSP70 levels were significantly positive correlated with the incidence of cognitive dysfunction ( r =0.589, 0.331,P<0.05).Conclusion Copeptin and HSP70 are involved in the pathological process of acute cere-bral infarction,detection of serum copeptin and HSP70 can indirectly forecast the incidence of cognitive dys-function in such patients.%目的:探讨和肽素、热激蛋白70(HSP70)联合检测对急性脑梗死患者认知功能障碍的预测价值。方法选择2011年8月至2014年8月鹤峰县中心医院收治的130例急性脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)作为研究对象,按照认知功能测评结果分为认知功能障碍组(48例)和认知功能正常组(82例),另取100例健康人群作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测各组血清和肽素、HSP70水平。结果脑梗死组血清和肽素、HSP70显著高于对照组[(274±56) ng/L比(103±21) ng/L,(24±9) g/L比(12±3) g/L,P<0.01];认知功能障碍组血清和肽素、HSP70显著高于认知功能正常组[(372±77) ng/L比(224±60) ng/L,(28±8) g/L比(20±5) g/L,P<0.01];相关性分析显示血清和肽素、HSP70水平与认知功能障碍发生率呈显著正相关(r=0.589,0.331,P<0.05)。结论和肽素、HSP70参与了急性脑梗死的病理过程,通过检测血清和肽素、血清HSP70可以间接预测患者认知功能障碍的发生。
