糖尿病心肌病中西医诊治进展

摘要

糖尿病心肌病（ DCM）是糖尿病的主要并发症之一，发病机制复杂。西医主要通过影像学及实验室检查来协助诊断，治疗则以控制血糖、血脂、血压以及对症支持综合治疗为主。中医认为DCM主要病机为肺、脾、肾阴津亏损，燥热偏盛，致心气阴耗伤、瘀血阻滞，而瘀血一旦形成，即成为新的致病因素，故治疗应以益气、养阴、活血法为主。另外，单味中药（如青蒿素、雷公藤内酯醇等）也可使DCM得到改善。%Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM) is one of the major complications of diabetes,and its patho-genesis is complex.Western medicine mainly uses imaging and laboratory tests to assist the diagnosis ,and the main therapy is to control blood glucose,blood lipids,blood pressure and the supportive comprehensive treat-ment.Traditional Chinese medicine holds that the main DCM pathogenesis is lung ,spleen and kidney con-sumption of Yin-fluid,and excessive dry-heat,which results in Yin injury and blood stasis.Once the blood stasis is formed,it will become new pathogenic factor.Thus tonifying Qi,nourishing Yin,and activating blood are the main treatment methods in Chinese medicine .In addition,the single herb of traditional Chinese medi-cine such as artemisinin,triptolide can also make improvement for DCM.
