摘要

Transient receptor potential vanilloid-1 ( TRPV1 ) is broadly distributed throughout the respiratory tract,especially in the sensory nerve fibers C.In addition,TRPV1 also expresses in smooth muscle cells, epithelial cells, vascular endothelial cells, inflammatory cells and submucosal glands.TRPV1 is involved in many aspects of respiratory disease-related symptoms, including airway inflammation, mucus secretion,airway hyperresponsiveness,airway remodeling and cough.Furthermore,the expression and sensitiv-ity of TRPV1 are increased in respiratory diseases.TRPV1 channel has become a new potential therapeutic target for respiratory diseases.%瞬时感受器电位香草酸受体1（TRPV1）在呼吸系统分布广泛，特别是感觉神经 C纤维；另外，TRPV1在平滑肌细胞、上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞、黏膜下腺及炎性细胞也有表达。 TRPV1参与呼吸系统疾病相关症状的多个方面，包括气道炎症、黏液分泌、气道高反应性、气道重构、咳嗽等。在呼吸系统疾病中，TRPV1表达及灵敏度均增加，TRPV1通道已经成为新兴的潜在的治疗位点。
