CD3+CD4-CD8- T细胞(DNT细胞)为存在于机体内的一种新型调节性T(Treg)细胞亚群,可通过表达独特的表面标志物、分泌特有的效应因子在自身免疫性疾病(AID)、肿瘤免疫、移植排斥、过敏性疾病等多种疾病中发挥重要作用.AID的发病机制与环境、遗传及免疫调节异常等多种因素相关,DNT细胞作为一种Treg,可能对AID的发生发展具有重要作用,而关于DNT细胞与AID的研究亦可能为疾病的临床诊疗提供新的思路.%CD3+CD4-CD8-T (DNT) cells which are known as a new subset of regulatory T (Treg) cells,play an important role in many diseases such as autoimmune disease(AID), tumor immunity,anaphylactic diseases,transplant rejection and so on by expressing unique surface markers and secreting special effectors.The pathogenesis of AID is related to environmental,genetic and immunoregulatory abnormalities.DNT cells,which is a kind of Treg, may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progress of AID.The study of DNT cells and AID may provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the diseases.
