活血化瘀法治疗原发性高血压的研究进展

摘要

高血压是临床上常见的心血管疾病,中医学认为"瘀滞不停,皆能眩晕",可见血瘀是高血压的病机,是引起高血压发病与病情发展的重要病理因素.中医应用活血化瘀药物治疗高血压具有较好的临床效果,且在改善症状、提高患者生活质量方面具有优势.其作用机制与抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、干预炎症反应、保护血管内皮功能、改善血管内皮功能等方面相关,这不仅为"从瘀论治高血压"提供了现实依据,还为高血压药物的研发提供了新思路.%Hypertension is a common clinical cardiovascular disease.Traditional Chinese medicine holds the idea of"Dizziness will not get relieved until the blood stasis is removed".It reveals that blood stasis is a pathogenesis and an important pathological factor that causes the development of hypertension.Traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect in treating hypertension by activating blood circulation and removing stasis ,and has advantages in improving symptoms and improving the patients'quality of life.Its action mechanism is related to inhibiting renin-angiotensin-aldosterone sys-tem, interfering with inflammatory response ,protecting endothelial function and improving vascular endothelial function , which not only provides a realistic basis for "treating hypertension from blood stasis",but also provides new ideas for the research and development of hypertension drugs.
