前列腺癌的冷冻治疗进展

摘要

冷冻治疗作为一项新兴的治疗手段,已逐渐成为局限性前列腺癌首选的治疗方法之一.相对于根治性手术及根治性放疗,冷冻治疗有创伤小、并发症少等特点.随着设备的改进及技术的提升,其临床应用的有效性和安全性得到越来越多的证实,为一些老年患者、身体条件差及初始治疗后复发的患者提供了一条有效的治疗途径,可有效延长患者的生存期,提高生活质量.随着临床应用的越来越广泛及深入,冷冻治疗在前列腺癌中的应用前景也越来越广阔.%Cryotherapy as an emerging treatment has gradually become one of the preferred treatment options for local -ized prostate cancer.Compared with radical surgery and radical radiotherapy,cryotherapy has the characteristics of less trauma and fewer complications.With the improvement of equipment and technology,the clinical application has further con-firmed the effectiveness and safety,providing an effective way of treatment for some elderly patients with poor physical con -dition and patients with recurrence.It can effectively prolong the survival of patients and improve the quality of life.With more and more clinical applications,the application of cryotherapy in prostate cancer has become more and more promising.
