Objective To observe the effect of three-step acupuncture and cupping therapy in treatment of cervi-cal headache syndrome ( CHS) . Methods A total of 30 CHS patients during March 2012 and May 2015 were treated with three-step acupuncture and cupping therapy, and all patients took three courses of treatment (10 d/a course of treat-ment, 2 d/each plastochrone) . The clinical efficacy assessments including comprehensive therapeutic effect, visual ana-logue scales ( VAS) score, relapse rate six months after treatment and incidence rate of adverse reactions were performed. Results The total effective rate was 96. 7%;there were significant differences in VAS scores at the time of treatment im-mediately, one course, two courses and three courses after the treatment compared with that before the treatment ( P<0. 01);the recurrence rate was 16. 7% with a follow-up for six months after the treatment;no adverse reaction was found during the treatment. Conclusion The three-step acupuncture and cupping therapy in treatment of CHS has good effect and is safe with low recurrence rate.%目的：观察三步针罐疗法治疗颈源性头痛综合征( cervical Headache syndrome, CHS)的效果。方法选择解放军天津疗养院全军中医针灸康复诊疗中心门诊部及住院部2012年3月—2015年5月收治的CHS 患者30例,采用三步针罐疗法治疗,3个疗程(10 d 为1个疗程,每个疗程间隔2 d)后进行临床效果评估,包括综合疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗后半年复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果本组治疗后总有效率96.7%；治疗即刻、1个疗程后、2个疗程后、3个疗程后VAS 评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P <0．01)；治疗后随访半年,复发率为16.7%；治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论三步针罐疗法治疗CHS 效果确切,复发率低,安全性较好。
