目的 观察分析不同粘接托槽方式对正畸治疗患者牙周指数和牙龈卟啉单胞菌的影响.方法 选取2015年3月—2017年2月收治的54例正畸治疗患者进行研究.按照托槽类型分为观察组和对照组,每组27例,观察组应用自锁托槽进行治疗,对照组应用传统托槽进行治疗.回顾性分析两组的临床资料,分别于治疗前及治疗后1、3个月检查两组的牙周临床指标以及牙龈卟啉单胞菌构成比.结果 治疗后1、3个月,两组菌斑指数、牙龈指数、探针深度以及牙龈卟啉单胞菌构成比均高于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 相比传统托槽,自锁托槽可以减少对牙周组织的机械刺激,更利于托槽周围口腔的清洁,能降低牙周组织的感染概率,但仍会对口腔卫生造成不利影响.%Objective To observe effects of different methods of adhesive brackets on periodontal indexes and porphyromonas gingivalis in treatment of orthodontic patients. Methods A total of 54 orthodontic patients admitted dur-ing March 2015 and February 2017 were divided into observation group (n=27) and control group (n=27) according to bracket types. Observation group was treated with self-ligating brackets, while control group was treated with traditional brackets. Clinical data was retrospectively analyzed in two groups, and clinically periodontal indexes and the constituent ratio of porphyromonas gingivalis were respectively detected before treatment and in 1 and 3 months after treatment in two groups. Results In 1 and 3 months after treatment, values of plaque indexes, gingival indexes, depth of probe and con-stituent ratio of porphyromonas gingivalis were significantly higher than those before treatment in the two groups, and the values in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Compared with those by traditional brackets, self-locking brackets may reduce mechanical irritation to periodontal tissues, and it is more beneficial to clean the oral hygiene around the brackets and reduce infection rate of periodontal tissues in treatment of or-thodontic patients, but it will still adversely affect oral hygiene.
