Objective: To investigate the effect of bone marrow cytology in the diagnosis of anemia. Methods: The clinical data of 204 patients with unexplained anemia from January 2011 to May 2016 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The bone marrow, blood smear, clinical manifestation and blood testing results of main diseases of various kinds of anemia were analyzed. Results: 158 cases (77.45%) were identified in 204 patients,etiology of 48 cases (22.55%) ; Among 158 cases of diagnosis of disease in 13 patients with clear etiology. Iron deficiency anemia, acute leukemia, accounting for 21.57% and 14.71%; Among a total of 143 cases of major diseases, mild to moderate anemia accounted for 97.90% (140/143) , WBC abnormalities accounted for 60.14% (86/143) , PLT reduction accounted for 44.76% (64/143) . Conclusion: It has obvious application effect in the determination of the cause of anemia and the type of disease, which is worthy of clinical attention.%目的:探讨贫血病因诊断中骨髓细胞学检查的应用效果.方法:回顾性分析2011年1月~2016年5月我院收治的204例行骨髓细胞学检查的不明原因贫血患者的临床资料,分析各种贫血病种骨髓象、血涂片、临床表现以及主要病种的血液学检测结果.结果: 204例患者中病因明确158例(77.45%),病因未明46例(22.55%);病因明确的158例患者中,共诊断疾病13种,其中以缺铁性贫血、急性白血病为主,分别占21.57%和14.71%;主要病种患者共计143例,其中轻中度贫血占97.90% (140/143), WBC异常占60.14% (86/143), PLT减少占44.76% (64/143).结论:骨髓细胞学检查贫血原因明确和疾病类型确定中具有显著的应用效果,值得临床重视.
