围手术期抗菌药物使用情况及监管前后对比分析

摘要

目的 分析围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况及监管意义.方法 随机抽取我院外科出院病历140份,对抗菌药物临床应用情况进行统计、对比、分析.结果 监管前后预防性抗菌药物使用率100％,监管前抗菌药物品种选择符合相关规定的比例为21.3％,监管后为76.7％;监管前给药时机合理的比例为4.3％,监管后为100％；监管前抗菌药物使用疗程超过48小时比例为100％,监管后为30％.结论 通过对围手术期抗菌药物使用情况的监管,使抗菌药物应用合理性有了很大的改进,但预防用药指征、联合用药、给药时机、给药疗程方面仍存在不合理情况,尚待进一步改善.%Objective To analyze the hospital perioperative use of antimicrobial agents and assess their reasonableness. Methods The clinical application of antibiotics of 140 surgical patients f were analyzed. Results The ratio of reasonable application of antibiotics before and after regulation were 21. 3% and 76. 7%. The ratio of reasonable time application of antibiotics before and after regulation were 4. 3% and 100%.. Conclusion Through the perioperative monitoring antimicrobial application, the rationality application of antibiotics in our hospital has been greatly improved.
