微小切口皮下搔刮法根治腋臭46例

摘要

目的 探讨饭小切口皮下搔刮法根治腋臭的疗效.方法 沿腋窝皮纹作长0.5cm小切口,于皮下2mm钝性分离后,以腋臭搔刮器搔刮去除皮下的汗腺、毛囊、大汗腺,冲洗搔刮后形成的腔穴,彻底止血后缝合切口,加压包扎.结果 46例术后异味完全消除,皮肤无缺血坏死,术后无明显瘢痕.结论 微小切口皮下搔刮法是根治腋臭的有效方法.%Objective To explore an effective method radical treatment of osmidrosis by mini-incision and scraping tissues the dermis.Methods One incision with a length of 0.5 cm was excided in the skin fold of axillary, and the skin was bluntly dissected 2 mm under the dermis.All the apocrine glands, sweat glands and hair-follicle of the skin were scraped by invasive scraping implement.After the skin was irrigated and the hemorrhage arrested, the incision was sutured and dressed with pressure.Results The peculiar smells were eliminated in all the 46 eases.The skins were all alive and no visible scar was left in the field of operation.Conclusions Radical treatment of osmidrosis by mini-incision and scraping tissues the dermis is effective for radical treatment of osmidrosis.
