胫骨Pilon骨折的治疗策略

摘要

目的 探讨胫骨Pilon骨折的手术方法、固定方式及疗效.方法 总结、分析2009年1月至2011年10月采用有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗胫骨Pilon骨折26例.根据Ruedi-Allower分型:Ⅰ型4例,Ⅱ型14例,Ⅲ型8例.结果 术后随访28例,骨折全部愈合,愈合时间3～16个月.疗效评价采用Mazur踝关节功能评分标准:优8例,良14例,可4例.结论 有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗胫骨Pilon骨折能有效避免伤口并发症,固定牢固,疗效满意,是治疗Pilon骨折较好的方法.%Objective To explore the technique, the way of fixation and the effect of treatment of Pilon fracture. Methods 26 cases with Pilon fracture treated with limited internal fixation combined with external fixation were analyzed. According to Ruedi-Allower typing, there were 4 cases of typeⅠ , 14 cases of type Ⅱ , and 8 cases of type Ⅲ. Results 28 cases were followed-up post operations which were all well reduction, and the average reduction time were 3-16 months. Conclusion The treatment of limited internal fixation combined with external fixation of Pilon fracture effectively avoid wounds complications, firmly fix the fracture and bring content effect.
