单纯性胸腰椎骨折疼痛的康复护理

摘要

Objective To discuss the compression fracture of thoracic and lumbar spine pain in patients with simple effective care. Methods 29 patients with thoracolumbar fracture disease were treated with appropriate rehabilitation care. Results The specific phases of rehabilitation and nursing reduced hospital stay. The total effective rate was more than 90%. Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing can relieve local pain and back muscle spasm, is effective in preventing occurrence of complications and sequelae and improve patient self-care ability and quality of life.%目的 探讨单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者疼痛的有效护理方法.方法 针对29例单纯性、稳定型胸腰椎骨折病人疾病的不同阶段所存在的主要护理问题,采取相应的康复护理.结果 经过针对性分阶段的康复护理,缩短了住院时间,优达68.97％,良达24.14％,总有效率90％以上.结论 对单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折早期进行针对性的康复护理,可明显减轻病员局部疼痛、腰背肌痉挛的急性期症状,能有效预防并发症和后遗症的发生,对提高病员生活自理能力和生活质量起到非常重要的作用.
