鼻内镜手术治疗鼻源性慢性咽炎的临床价值

摘要

目的 探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻源性慢性咽炎的临床效果.方法 选取80例鼻源性咽炎患者,对其采用鼻内镜手术治疗,术前对患者施行表面麻醉,有需要的情况下方采用全身麻醉.术后随访5个月,对治疗效果进行判定.结果 经随访,痊愈37例,显效22例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率96.2％,没有出现并发症.结论 鼻内镜手术治疗鼻源性慢性咽炎安全有效,在很大程度上改善了患者的生活质量,降低了死亡率,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis rhinogenous.Methods From January 2010 to January 2012,80 cases of nasal source pharyngitis patients were selected for endoscopic sinus surgery,they underwent preoperative topical anesthesia or general anesthesia below when it was necessary.Postoperative follow-up lasted 5 months,and the therapeutic effect was judged.Then the clinical data of all patients were collected,the results was retrospectively analyzed.Results After a period of follow-up,we found 37 cases that the cured patients,effective in 22,effective in 18 cases,3 cases are invalid.The total efficiency reached 96.2％,there were no complications,satisfactory results are obtained.Conclusion In various operation modes,nasal endoscopic operation in treating rhinogenic chronic pharyngitis problem has its unique effect,safe and effective,largely improved the quality of life in patients with rhinogenic chronic pharyngitis,reduced their mortality.It is worthy of clinical application.
