呼吸功能锻炼联合营养护理对COPD稳定期患者生命质量的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of respiratory function training combined with nutritional nursing on the quality of life of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods 92 patients with stable COPD were enrolled in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,Huaxi Hospital,Sichuan University from January 2015 to January 2017,they were randomly divided into study group and control group,each group was forty-six patients.The St.George Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) score,forced vital capacity (FVC),the first second forced expiratory volume (FEV1),percentage of forced expiratory volume of forced expiratory volume (FEV1/FVC),1 second forced expiratory volume Percentage of predicted value (FEV1％ pred),exhalation peak flow rate (PEF) and other changes in lung function were compared between two groups.Results In the study group,the scores of the symptom part,active part,affect part score and total score of SGRQ were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).FVC,FEV1,FEV1 / FVC,PEF and other indicators were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between FEV1％ pred and control group (P＞0.05).Conclusion Respiratory exercise combined with nutrition nursing can effectively improve the lung function and quality of life of COPD patients,which is worthy of clinical application.%目的 探讨呼吸功能锻炼联合营养护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者生命质量的影响.方法 以2015年1月～2017年1月四川大学华西医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治并坚持随访的92例COPD稳定期患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组46例.研究组采用呼吸功能锻炼联合营养护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)得分及用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1％ pred)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)等肺功能指标变化.结果 与对照组比较,研究组在SGRQ症状部分、活动部分、影响部分得分及总分降低(P＜0.05).与对照组比较,研究组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF等指标与升高(P＜0.05),与对照组比较,研究组FEV1％ pred无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 呼吸功能锻炼联合营养护理能有效改善COPD稳定期患者的肺功能及生命质量,值得临床推广应用.
