半自动容积测量法与容积计算法测量卵泡的效果比较

     

摘要

目的 探究半自动容积测量法与容积计算法测量卵泡的效果.方法 以69例生育期已婚妇女作为观察对象,结合卵泡形态将其分为规则组40例与不规则组29例,均实施半自动容积测量法与容积计算法监测,比较两组的卵泡容积测量结果.结果 规则组、不规则组半自动容积测量法测量值相对误差[(0.42±4.65)%]和容积计算法测量值相对误差[(-4.24±9.84)%]存在显著差异(P<0.05);不规则组半自动容积测量法测量值相对误差[(-0.70±5.40)%]和容积计算法测量值相对误差[(15.48±30.45)%]亦存在显著差异(P<0.05);容积计算法的测量时间[(16.24±3.85)s]相比半自动容积测量法[(29.51±7.90)s]、手动测量法[(79.24±14.20)s]明显更短(P<0.05),且半自动容积测量法的测量时间相比手动测量法亦明显更短(P<0.05).结论 半自动体积测量法与容积计算法监测卵泡各有优势,临床应结合患者的实际情况为其选择合适的方法.%Objective To compare the effects of follicles measurement by use of semi-automatic volumetric method and volumetric calculation method.Methods A total of 69 married women in their childbearing years were selected as the objects of observation,and they were divided into two groups according to the follicle forms:a regular group (n=40) and an irregular group (n=29).Both groups were monitored with the semi-automatic volumetric measurement method and the volumetric calculation method.Measurements of follicle volumes were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in relative error in measurements obtained from the semi-automatic volumetric measurement method [(0.42±4.65)%] and the volumetric calculation method [(-4.24± 9.84)%] between the two groups (P < 0.05).When the semi-automatic volumetric measurement method is adopted,there were also significant differences in relative error in measurements between the irregular group [(-0.70±5.40)%] and the regular group [(15.48± 30.45)%](P < 0.05).The time of measurement with the volumetric calculation method [(16.24±3.85)s] was greatly shorter than that with the semi-automatic volumetric measurement method [(29.51±7.90) s] as well as the manual measurement method [(79.24±14.20)s] (P < 0.05),and the time of measurement with the semi-automatic volumetric measurement method was greatly shorter than that with the manual measurement method (P < 0.05).Conclusion Both methods have their advantages in monitoring follicles and should be adopted depending on actual condition of the patient in clinical application.
