口服天台乌药散联合针刺疗法治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性附睾炎的临床效果和安全性分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of oral Tiantaiwuyao powder combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of cold dampness stagnation type chronic epididymitis.Methods:Seventy-six patients with cold dampness stagnation type chronic epididymitis in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group randomly.The control group was treated with conventional anti-inflammatory,the observation group was treated with acupuncture therapy combined with Tiantaiwuyao powder.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The size of the body,the thickness of the tail and the thickness of the epididymis were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The CDFI blood flow grading of the two groups was evaluated by color Doppler ultrasound.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 89.47％ (34/38),significantly higher than that of the control group 65.79％(25/38)(P＜0.05).The body thickness,tail thickness and head thickness of the two groups was significantly reduced,and the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).Ridit analysis showed that the CDFI blood flow classification of the two groups had different influence on the therapeutic apparatus (P＜0.05),and the CDFI blood flow classification of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜0.05).There was no obvious adverse reactions after treatment in two groups.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Tiantaiwuyao powder combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of cold dampness stagnation type chronic epididymitis is safe and reliable,can improve blood supply,reduce the swelling of epididymis.%目的:研究口服天台乌药散联合针刺疗法治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性附睾炎的临床效果和安全性.方法:选择2014-01～2016-12在我院进行诊治的寒湿凝滞型慢性附睾炎患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组.对照组采用常规的抗炎措施治疗,观察组口服天台乌药散联合针刺疗法治疗.比较两组的临床治疗效果,观察两组治疗前后的体厚、尾厚以及头厚等附睾大小;采用彩超评估两组的CDFI血流分级.结果:观察组的有效率为89.47％(34/38),高于对照组的65.79％(25/38)(P＜0.05);两组治疗后的体厚、尾厚以及头厚均明显缩小,且观察组小于对照组(P＜0.05);经过Ridit分析发现,两组治疗后的CDFI血流分级与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P＜0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后检测两组的尿常规、血常规、心电图、肝肾功能均正常,未发现明显不良反应.结论:口服天台乌药散联合针刺疗法治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性附睾炎的临床效果肯定,能改善附睾血供情况,使肿胀的附睾缩小,安全可靠.
