经胸单切口“套间”术式治疗肺囊型棘球蚴病合并肝囊型棘球蚴病的临床效果研究

摘要

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of one stage surgical treatment through transthoracic single incision " suite" path in patients with pulmonary cystic echinococcosis comlicated with hepatic cystic echinococcosis.Methods:Twenty-three patients who suffered from pulmonary cystic echinococcosis complicated with hepatic cystic echinococcosis were treated by one stage surgery through transthoracic single incision "suite" path in our hospital from July 2004 to December 2016,the clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results:All patients were successfully recovered,no severe chest and abdomen complications after surgery,no recurrence during the follow-up of 6 months to 12 years.Conclusion:The one stage surgical treatment through transthoracic single incision " suite" path in patients with pulmonary cystic echinococcosis complicated with hepatic cystic echinococcosis complicated with bronchial complications is safe and effective,can be applied in clinical practice.%目的:探讨经胸单切口“套间”术式Ⅰ期手术治疗肺囊型棘球蚴病合并肝囊型棘球蚴病的临床疗效.方法:2004-07～2016-12我院收治的伴发支气管并发症的肺肝并发囊型棘球蚴病患者23例,均行经胸单切口“套间”术式Ⅰ期手术治疗,分析术后疗效.结果:全部患者均顺利康复,术后无严重胸腹部并发症,随访6个月～12年均无棘球蚴复发.结论:经胸单切口“套间”术式Ⅰ期手术治疗伴发支气管并发症的肺肝并发囊型棘球蚴病是安全、有效的,可在临床实践中推广和应用.
