肩关节置换术后患者的护理

摘要

Compared with the development of hip and knee arthroplasty ,shoulder arthroplasty promoted more slowly.In different medical institutions ,the effect of nursing care after shoulder arthroplasty is different .By the collection and analysis of the related literature ,we displayed different types of shoulder arthroplasty ,postoperative functional rehabilitation ,manage-ment of sling,position,and pain interventions are discussed .In addition,this article also narrated the integration of multidis-ciplinary care and discharge instructions .The effective nursing care plays an important role to ensure the success of the shoulder arthroplasty .Nursing staff should have a preliminary knowledge of shoulder joint anatomy , skill of postoperative nursing care after shoulder arthroplasty and advanced experience learnt from others .Additionally,nurses should works ear-nestly and assist physicians to treat every patient .%相比于髋关节及膝关节置换手术，肩关节置换手术的开展较少，因此在不同医疗机构，对于肩关节置换术后患者的护理干预效果大不相同。本文通过分析和整理国内外相关文献，针对不同类型的肩关节置换手术，对术后患者的功能恢复、悬吊装置管理、体位、制动及止痛等方面的护理干预措施展开讨论。此外，本文还对多学科医护一体化治疗方案及出院医嘱的制定做一叙述。我们发现，切实有效的护理管理措施对于确保肩关节置换术的效果十分重要，护理人员应初步了解肩关节的解剖结构，熟练掌握肩关节置换手术的相关知识，学习国内外的先进经验，认真完成病房护理工作。
