丁螺环酮治疗新型抗抑郁药所致性功能障碍患者的疗效观察

摘要

Objective: To explore curative effects of Buspirone in treatment of sexual dysfunction caused by new antidepres-sants. Methods:Buspirone was used to treat 44 patients with sexual dysfunction caused by new antidepressants for eight weeks, and the curative effects were assessed with ASEX, SDS and SAS. Results: With the weekly increase of treatment, the ASEX, SDS and SAS scores were gradually reduced. Conclusions:Buspirone has obvious curative effects on sexual dysfunction caused by new antide-pressants.%目的：：观察丁螺环酮治疗新型抗抑郁药所致性功能障碍患者的疗效。方法：将44例新型抗抑郁药所致的性功能障碍患者采用丁螺环酮治疗8周，用ASEX、SDS和SAS评定疗效。结果：随着治疗周次的增加，新型抗抑郁药所致的性功能障碍患者的ASEX、SDS及SAS评分均渐次减低。结论：丁螺环酮治疗新型抗抑郁药所致性功能障碍患者的疗效确切。
