健宝灵颗粒治疗儿童厌食症患儿的疗效及对其血微量元素和免疫力的影响

摘要

目的：观察健宝灵颗粒治疗儿童厌食症患儿的疗效及对其血微量元素和免疫力的影响。方法：选择86例厌食症患儿，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各43例。治疗组患儿采用健宝灵颗粒治疗；对照组患儿采用多酶片治疗。比较治疗前后，两组患儿的血微量元素和免疫指标及疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88.4%和72.1%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。与对照组比较，治疗组患儿血中锌、铁含量和 IgA、IgG、IgM 的水平（P＜0.05）明显提高。结论：健宝灵颗粒治疗儿童厌食症患儿疗效及提升其血微量元素和免疫力均优于多酶片。%Objective:To observe clinical effects of Jianbaoling granules in treatment of infantile anorexia and its influence on blood trace elements and immunity. Methods:86 childrens with anorexia were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases). The control group orally took Polyzyme tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Jian-baoling granules. The curative effects were observed,and the trace elements and immunoglobulin were detected. Results:The total ef-fective rate was 88. 4% in the treatment group while 72. 1% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Compare to the control group,the levels of Zn,Fe,IgA,IgG and IgM in the blood of the children in the observation group were increased(P<0. 05). Conclusions:Jianbaoling granules are more remarkably effective in the treatment of infantile anorexia com-pared to the Polyzyme tablets,and can increase the blood trace elements and immunity.
