重症医学科休克患者应用脉搏指示连续心排量监测技术的价值分析

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of pulse indicator continuous cardiac output monitoring (PICCO) in the treatment of Severe Medical Department shock patients.Method:A total of 86 shock patients who treated in Severe Medical Department of our hospital were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table.The control group was treated with conventional treatment, experiential use of fluid management therapy, the experimental group was treated with PICCO adjust the type and velocity of liquid droplet, dehydration treatment can be carried out if necessary, and given active liquid volume management, the effects of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the improvement of HR, SpO2, BP, urine volume and lactic acid in the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).And after treatment, the blood gas analysis of the experimental group was significant better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shock patients in Severe Medical Department under the guidance of PICCO carried out treatment, it has an obvious treatment effect.%目的:分析研究重症医学科休克患者救治应用脉搏指示连续心排量监测技术 (PICCO) 的临床效果.方法:按照随机数字表法将在本院重症医学科进行治疗的86例休克患者分为对照组和试验组, 对照组采取常规对症救治, 经验性采取液体管理治疗;试验组在PICCO指导下依据血流动力学监测结果对液体滴注类型、速度进行调整, 必要时开展脱水治疗, 给予积极的液体容量管理办法, 观察对比两组疗效.结果:治疗后, 试验组HR、SpO2、BP、尿量、乳酸改善情况明显较对照组更优, 差异均有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) ;治疗后, 试验组血气分析情况显著优于对照组 (P＜0.05) .结论:重症医学科休克患者在PICCO监测指导下开展救治, 其临床治疗效果确切.
