共情式护理对过敏体质母乳喂养母亲应对方式及自护能力的影响观察

摘要

目的:观察共情式护理对过敏体质母乳喂养母亲应对方式及自护能力的影响.方法:选取2015年7月-2017年9月本院收治的过敏体质母乳喂养母亲100例.按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组, 各50例.对照组进行常规护理干预, 观察组进行共情式护理.比较两组护理前后的应对方式 (CSQ量表) 、自护能力 (ESCA量表) 、护理满意度.结果:护理后, 观察组CSQ量表各项评分均优于对照组, 比较差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05) ;护理后, 观察组ESCA量表各维度评分均高于对照组, 比较差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05) ;观察组对护理的满意度显著优于对照组 (P<0.05) .结论:共情式护理对过敏体质母乳喂养母亲应对方式及自护能力有积极的改善作用, 适用于本类母亲.%Objective:To observe the influence of empathic nursing on coping style and self-care ability of breastfeeding mother with allergic constitution.Method:A total of 100 breastfeeding mothers with allergic constitution in our hospital from July 2015 to September 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention, while observation group received empathic nursing.The coping styles (CSQ scale) and self-care ability (ESCA scale) before and after nursing, and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Result:After nursing, the scores of each dimension of CSQ scale in observation group were better than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of each dimension of ESCA scale in observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathic nursing can improve the coping style and self-care ability of breastfeeding mother with allergic constitution, and it is suitable for this kind of mothers.
