高原地区肝包虫病内囊切除术和外膜内完整摘除术临床选择性应用

摘要

Objective:To study the plateau area of liver echinococcosis for people to patients due to illness choose appropriate operation method so as to achieve the best of clinical treatment effect.Method:Retrospective analysis of 2005 to 2011 years after the author of surgical treatment of 61 cases of patients with liver echinococcosis treatment.Result:The 61 patients were recovered hospital discharge,appear among them the cavity infection,bile fistula,recurrence hydatid complications,such as the person all properly handle in time.Conclusion:Liver echinococcosis harm is the people’s health and herding area in qinghai province key prevention and cure of diseases.So I think in clinical surgery for each of liver echinococcosis patients targeted careful choice of appropriate surgical methods to reduce as far as possible all sorts of complications and vice damage,so as to achieve the best of healing has its practical and positive reality significance.%　　目的：探讨高原地区肝包虫病患者因人因病选择合适手术方式，以期达到最佳临床治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析2005-2011年经笔者手术治疗的59例肝包虫病患者治疗情况。结果：本组59例均痊愈出院，其中出现残腔感染、胆汁瘘、包虫复发等并发症者均得到妥善及时处理。结论：肝包虫病是危害青海广大农牧区人民健康的重点防治疾病。在外科临床中，对肝包虫病患者有针对性的慎重选择合适的手术方式，尽量减少各种并发症及副损伤，以期达到最佳的治疗效果，有其实际和积极的现实意义。
