腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的临床对比研究

摘要

目的：观察比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的临床效果，以找出更好的治疗宫外孕的方法。方法：将本院妇产科治疗的82例宫外孕的患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组采用开腹手术治疗宫外孕；观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕。观察比较两组患者术中及术后至出院前的一系列相关临床症状。结果：观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复时间及住院天数均优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术的治疗效果比开腹手术好，其减少了患者的痛苦、有利于患者术后的快速恢复，提高了患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy treated patients with ectopic pregnancy,and to find a better approach to cure it. Method:Eighty-two patients with ectopic pregnancy coming to gynecology and obstetrics department of the hospital for treatment were divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 41 cases. The control group was treated by laparoscope surgery while the observation group was treated by laparotomy. Relevant clinical symptoms of both groups during the period of after operation to before discharge were recorded and compared.Result:Relevant clinical symptoms such as operation time,bleeding amount during operation,recovery time and length of stay of the observation group were better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscope for treatment of ectopic pregnancy has a better curative effect than laparotomy,it can lessen the pain of patients,facilitate postoperative recovery,improve life equality,and is worth of being popularized in clinical work.
