中药外敷配合注射透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察中药外敷配合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选择180例膝骨性关节炎患者，随机分为中药外敷组（A组）、透明质酸钠组（B组）和中药外敷配合注射透明质酸钠（C组），评价三组近、远期疗效。结果：三种疗法对膝骨性关节炎均有一定疗效，但近期疗效和远期疗效C组均优于A、B组（P<0.05）。结论：中药外敷配合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎具有起效快、近期和远期疗效显著且较稳定的特点，值得进一步研究和推广。%Objective:To observe the curative effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with infusion of sodium hyaluronate for treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method:180 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into external application of Chinese medicine group(A group),sodium hyaluronate(B group),and combined group(C group). Evaluated the short and long term effects. Result:The three methods for treatment of knee osteoarthritis had curative effects,but the curative effect of C group was significant better than that of A and B group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The the curative effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with infusion of sodium hyaluronate for treatment of knee osteoarthritis is exact. It is worthy to be popularized.
