目的：探讨腹腔镜辅助高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的效果。方法：选取2011年12月-2012年2月于本院进行治疗的46例小儿腹股沟疝患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（常规无张力疝修补术）23例和观察组（腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术）23例，然后将两组患者术中出血量、术后康复相关指标及术后1d与3d的疼痛评估结果进行比较。结果：观察组在术中出血量及术后康复相关指标方面均明显优于对照组，而术后1 d与3 d的疼痛评分也均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：腹腔镜辅助高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的效果明显好于常规的无张力疝修补术，患者术后康复也更快。%Objective:To study the effect of laparoscopic high ligation in the treatment of children with inguinal hernia.Method:46 cases children with inguinal hernia in our hospital from December 2011 to February 2012 were selected as subjects,and 46 cases children were randomly divided into 23 cases of the control group(conventional tension-free hernia repair group)and 23 cases of the observation group(laparoscopic high ligation group), then the blood loss during the operation,postoperative rehabilitation related indexes and pain evaluated results at first and third day after the operation of two groups were compared.Result:The blood loss during the operation and postoperative rehabilitation related indexes of observation group were all obviously better than those of control group,pain evaluated results at 1st and 3rd day after the operation were lower than those of control group,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of laparoscopic high ligation in the treatment of children with inguinal hernia is obviously better than that of conventional tension-free hernia repair,and the postoperative rehabilitation of patients is fast too.
