循证护理对降低PICC术后并发症意义研究

摘要

目的：探讨循证护理对降低PICC术后并发症的临床意义。方法：选取笔者所在医院行PICC术患者100例，随机分为两组，其中对照组47例，观察组53例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者采取循证护理。对两组患者术后并发症发生率进行统计。结果：有11.32%的观察组患者于PICC术后发生并发症，明显低于对照组的40.43%，两组术后并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：循证护理模式可以有效降低PICC术后并发症的发生几率。%　　Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of evidence-based care in reducing PICC postoperative complications.Method:100 cases of PICC surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 47 cases,and 53 cases in the observation group,making it comparable. The control group was treated with routine care,and the observation group was taken with evidence-based care. The incidence of postoperative complications for the two groups was taken for statistics. Result:There were 11.32%in the observation group with PICC postoperative complications, significantly lower than the control group of the proportion of 40.43%,there were obvious differences between the two groups,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based care model can effectively reduce the probability of the occurrence of the PICC postoperative complications.
