锁定钢板治疗56例胫骨远端Pillon骨折的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端Pillon骨折的临床效果。方法：选取2008-2012年在本院治疗106例胫骨远端Pillon骨折病例，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组予以普通钢板固定，观察组予以锁定钢板治疗，比较两组治疗后的临床效果和并发症发生情况。结果：对照组的优良率为82%，并发症的发生率为34.0%，观察组优良率为96.4%，并发症发生率为8.9%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端Pillon骨折临床效果满意，愈合快，固定稳定，关节炎发生率低。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate in the treatment of distal tibial Pillon fractures.Method:106 cases of distal tibial Pillon fracture cases treated in our hospital from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. The control group was taken with ordinary steel fixed treatment,and the observation group was taken with locking plate for treatment. After treatment,the clinical effects and complications of occurrence were compared.Result:The fine rate of the control group was 82%,the incidence of complications was 34.0%,the excellent rate in the observation group was 96.4%,and the complication rate was 8.9%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of lock plate in the treatment of distal tibial pllon fracture is satisfied,and it has the advantages of faster healing,fixed and stable,low incidence of arthritis.
